The Training Force Learnership Programme is a SAQA-aligned, SETA-accredited skills development initiative that combines structured theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. Participants gain hands-on exposure in real workplaces while working towards nationally recognized qualifications.

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

• South African citizen.
• Unemployed and aged approximately 18–28 years.
• Minimum education: usually Grade 10–12 (varies by qualification).
• Not currently studying full-time or enrolled in another learnership.
• Ability to commit to the full programme duration (typically 12 months).
• Bank account and SARS tax reference often required.
• Proof of disability if applicable.

Benefits
