Overview
As a PXA Intern at Impact.com, you will support the document preparation and design teams with a variety of tasks, including data entry, slide design, copywriting, editing, and basic video editing. Your contributions will help maintain high-quality content, drive engagement with our academy, and ensure smooth operational processes. Candidates with coding or information systems experience will also assist in data analysis to improve content strategy and reporting.
Purpose
The role is designed to provide practical exposure across multiple functions within PXA, allowing the intern to develop skills in design, communications, content management, and data analysis while supporting team objectives.
Importance
This internship ensures the quality and effectiveness of Impact.comβs content and documentation processes. It helps the team maintain operational efficiency, provides valuable insights through data analysis, and contributes to engaging materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
- Slide Design: Create and design engaging slides for presentations and documents using Google Slides, following corporate branding guidelines.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage data within internal systems to ensure information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Copywriting and Editing: Write and edit content for marketing materials, internal communications, and resources, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and engagement.
- Basic Data Analysis: Pull, clean, and interpret data from internal systems to generate meaningful insights.
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with team members to provide support across administrative tasks, project updates, and other duties as assigned.
- Google Sheets Management: Create, update, and manage spreadsheets to support various projects.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or related field
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Slack, Asana, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to create visually appealing slides and professional presentations
- Basic coding or information systems knowledge (advantageous)
