Purpose

The Customer Services Intern will support the Banking & Payments customer service team by assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, report preparation, and follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides practical exposure to customer service processes within a multinational environment.

Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities

• Support the customer service team with daily operations.
• Perform general assistance and ad-hoc tasks including:
  • Order processing and archiving
  • Audit preparation and documentation
  • Follow-ups with internal stakeholders (logistics, sales, technical)
  • Manage DHL dispatch issues
  • Prepare customer reports and PFIs as required
  • Track banking customer stationery orders with suppliers
  • Assist in projects and general customer service tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements / Eligibility

• Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• Languages: English and others as relevant to the assigned area
