Purpose
The Customer Services Intern will support the Banking & Payments customer service team by assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order processing, report preparation, and follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides practical exposure to customer service processes within a multinational environment.

Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team with daily operations.
- Perform general assistance and ad-hoc tasks including:
- Order processing and archiving
- Audit preparation and documentation
- Follow-ups with internal stakeholders (logistics, sales, technical)
- Manage DHL dispatch issues
- Prepare customer reports and PFIs as required
- Track banking customer stationery orders with suppliers
- Assist in projects and general customer service tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Languages: English and others as relevant to the assigned area
