Role Purpose

Requirements
- Relevant NQF 6 Business-related tertiary level qualification.
- Proficient in Afrikaans (advantage) and English (essential) โ both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Duties & Responsibilities
Graduate programme duration: 12 Months (fully office-based)
- Exposure to day-to-day operational functioning within the area of responsibility by providing administrative assistance.
- Assist the Agreements Support team with establishing and maintaining filing systems (electronic or paper) to ensure record maintenance and retrieval of documents.
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports as required.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into relevant databases to ensure accurate record-keeping for various applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to a culture that guides and directs best practice, fostering continuous learning, improvement, and cohesiveness.
- Identify own growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth.
