Responsibilities
Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
Support Windows 10/11, Server 2022 and 2025 environments and basic Active Directory / Azure AD tasks.
Support user account provisioning, licensing, and access management.
Help document system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Participate in testing and validation of Microsoft system updates and changes.
Assist with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft applications and services.
Support basic Azure resources (VMs, storage, app services) under supervision.
Follow Microsoft security and compliance best practices.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in information systems. Advantageous.
Information Technology Networking Diploma, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Exposure to Microsoft tools, Azure, AWS.
5+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PowerShell scripting, or automation.
Exposure to Azure fundamentals (AZ-900-level knowledge)
Familiarity with Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Microsoft Defender, MDE, MDI and DLP procedures.
Any Microsoft certification that accommodates administration roles.
Previous experience or exposure to SCADA and automation systems.
Key Attributes
Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows OS.
Understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID fundamentals.
Good knowledge of networking, identity, and security concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
