Purpose of the Learnership
The programme is designed to equip unemployed youth with both theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in the insurance sector. Successful learners will complete a nationally recognised FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification.

Minimum Requirements
Education Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Mathematics: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Mathematics Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
- Second Language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Incomplete tertiary qualification is advantageous
Additional Requirements
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old
- Must not be employed
- Must not be studying full-time
- Must not have completed a previous learnership
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
