Programme Overview

The Junior Learner Programme is designed to provide structured learning and workplace experience. Participants will engage in predefined training objectives aimed at maximising both individual growth and organisational development benefits.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Unemployed South African youth under the age of 25
• Candidates who have successfully completed Matric / Grade 12
• Individuals eager to gain workplace exposure in the banking sector
• Disciplined, motivated, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Experience

• Attend and actively participate in all workplace activities aligned to agreed development objectives

Learning & Development

• Attend and participate in all training and development interventions
• Work towards achieving agreed learning objectives

Ad-Hoc Duties

• Provide support to customers and team members as required
• Assist in ensuring consistent team performance

Administration

• Effectively complete all administrative duties
• Track and report on assigned tasks and learning progress

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) successfully completed
• Only unemployed candidates under 25 years of age will be considered
• Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals
• Preference will be given to individuals living with disabilities
