Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
- Assist in providing full administrative support to the HCM department.
- Provide general administrative support including typing of departmental meeting minutes and arranging appointments as directed.
- Screen all visits to the department.
- Maintain a professional image and climate within the department.
- Keep information in own area of work confidential.
2. Filing & Records Management
- Develop and maintain an effective filing system for all streams within the HCM department.
- Maintain departmental records.
- Receive and send correspondence.
- Ensure delivery of important documents on behalf of the department.
3. Meeting & Logistics Coordination
- Collate all departmental meeting minutes.
- Assist with departmental meeting agenda compilation and distribution.
- Arrange appointments as directed.
- Process travel-related documents for the department.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- National Diploma or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6) in:
- Human Resources
- Public Administration
- Or a related field
