
Oracle Financial Services Software | Technical Internship (month program)

Summary
This 12-month internship in Oracle Consulting β Financial Services (OFSS) offers graduates practical exposure to core banking systems, including FLEXCUBE and related modules. Interns will support technical analysis, solution preparation, and product behaviour validation while gaining hands-on experience in banking technology and consulting processes.
Purpose
To equip technically strong graduates with practical skills in core banking systems, software testing, configuration, and technical consulting while contributing to OFSS client deliverables.

This internship provides graduates with an opportunity to learn how banking systems are configured, tested, and deployed for clients, preparing them for careers in technical consulting, solution engineering, and OFSS delivery roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing and validating FLEXCUBE module behaviour (CASA, Payments, Loans, Customer, etc.)
- Support consultants by simulating test scenarios, reviewing logs, and documenting issues or expected behaviour
- Perform basic configuration tasks, environment checks, and version comparisons under guidance
- Contribute technical inputs for proposals, demos, and solution documents
- Assist in reviewing interface mappings and understanding integrations (ATM/POS, clearing systems, payment gateways)
- Capture notes and support documentation during customer workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT activities
- Participate in OFSS/FLEXCUBE training to build product and banking process knowledge
Required Qualifications / Eligibility
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BCom Informatics, Engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with structured technical processes, system behaviour, and troubleshooting
- Interest in core banking systems, enterprise software, and financial services technology
- Open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months
Nice to Have
- Basic exposure to SQL / PL/SQL, APIs, or integration concepts
- University projects involving systems analysis, workflows, or testing
