The MDS Graduate Programme is a 12-month, fully office-based programme designed for graduates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing an excellent service experience. Participants will support the Agreements Support team in administrative and operational functions, gaining exposure to day-to-day processes while laying the foundation for career growth in service and operational excellence.

Focus Areas / Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Agreements Support team with day-to-day operational functions.
- Establish and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for accurate record-keeping and retrieval.
- Prepare regular reports as required to support business operations.
- Create, maintain, and update relevant databases to ensure accurate information management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients.
- Contribute to a culture of best practice, continuous learning, and team cohesiveness.
- Identify personal growth and development needs and pursue interventions for ongoing development.
Minimum Requirements / Eligibility
- Relevant NQF 6 Business-related tertiary qualification.
- Proficiency in English (essential); Afrikaans (advantageous) β both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
