Premier FMCG is offering an exciting Organisational Development Graduate Programme within its HR Services division based in Midrand, Gauteng. Programme Overview
This 12-month graduate programme provides structured workplace exposure within the Human Resources environment. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in organisational development processes, performance management, job grading, talent systems, and internal communication support.
Graduates will work closely with experienced HR professionals while contributing to real organisational projects and learning how large corporate HR systems operate in practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support performance management processes through user training and system assistance
- Assist with job grading by preparing required documentation
- Support talent assessment administration and HR system processes
- Assist in job profiling and knowledge management activities
- Provide change management support for internal communications
- Assist in planning and coordinating workshops and HR events
- Support internal surveys and HR data administration
- Provide general administrative support within the HR team
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Experience
No previous work experience is required. This programme is specifically designed for graduates entering the workplace for the first time.
